1. Acceptance
By installing or using our extensions or accessing the site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and that it accepts responsibility for configuration and compliance with platform rules.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be of legal age and able to form a binding contract. Keep your account and browser credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including settings you apply inside the extensions (e.g., templates, comment styles, daily caps, schedules, targeting, and delays).
3. Fees & Subscriptions
- Paid features and plan details (including trials, quotas, and bundles) are shown at checkout and may change with notice.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to your plan terms.
- Taxes may apply. Failed or overdue payments may pause or terminate access.
- Refunds follow the plan details and applicable law; certain fees may be non-refundable.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the extensions in a platform-friendly, ethical manner. Prohibited uses include unlawful outreach, spam, harassment, scraping where disallowed, bypassing platform protections, impersonation, or any use that violates third-party policies. Configure conservative rate limits, random delays, and schedules, and review important messages before sending.
5. Intellectual Property
Our software (including content scripts, service workers, and UI), documentation, and site content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the services as permitted by these Terms.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit or generate (e.g., templates, prompts, comments, exports). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display such content as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the services. You represent that you have the rights to the content and that its use complies with laws and third-party policies.
7. Third-Party Services
The extensions operate within your browser session and interact with third-party platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn. Those platforms are independent and governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability, features, limits, or changes; your use of them is at your own risk.
8. Disclaimers
The services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Platform UI/limits may change; features that depend on them (e.g., auto-comments, auto-DMs, scraping/export, style presets, pause/resume) may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability relating to the services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, configurations, or use of the services; your violations of these Terms or applicable laws; or your non-compliance with third-party platform rules and consent/opt-out requirements.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or for risk, legal, payment, or security reasons. You may stop using the services at any time; subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless your plan states otherwise. Sections intended to survive will remain in effect after termination.
12. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Province], excluding conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in the courts located in [Your City/County]. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date will change, and continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Extensions may auto-update via the Chrome Web Store; if you do not agree to updated terms, discontinue use.
